When will my order arrive?

You should receive all your purchases within 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) of placing your order.

If your order has taken longer than 10 working days, then please accept our apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused. If you would like to discuss this with a member of the Retail Team, please contact us on 01432 851000.

Do you accept returns?

We offer a returns policy of 14 days, so you can buy our goods safe in the knowledge that you can return them for a refund should you wish to do so.

We are unable to offer you a refund for any postage and packaging donations because these count as a donation rather than a purchase: under Charity Commission rules, we are unable to offer you a refund for donations.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

You should receive all your purchases within 10 working days of placing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

If you have not received your order and it is after the expected date of arrival (allowing a couple of days for postal delays), then please contact us so we can look into this for you and, if appropriate, send a replacement. We can change the delivery address of any replacements if required.

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

I’ve changed my mind about a product I have purchased: What can I do?

All orders for products (Christmas cards, etc) can be exchanged for an alternative item or we can offer a full refund if goods are returned within 14 days of receipt.

My order is damaged/faulty

If part, or all, of your order is damaged or defective, please return it to us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this for you. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

How do I return my order?

Contact us prior to returning an item and we will instruct you on the best way to do so. Once we have received your returned order, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
